Job Title: PE Support Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare payment documents in the client banks on monthly basis
  • Perform accounting and tax accounting activities
  • Provide consulting services regarding PE FIN issues
  • Provide PE support to approx. 40 PE
  • Fill in the book of income and expenses for PEs in UA region on the regular basis
  • Keep personal FIN folder of each PE updated and in order
  • Assist and guide PEs in UA during PE registration process. Advise on opening bank accounts, transfer to another banks and prepare related documents
  • Assist with the client bank opening and related issues (changing the keys, etc.)
  • Ensure to maintain all the PE records up-to-date, including keep all the required institutions informed about PE data changes (address, passport details, etc.)
  • Other duties assigned by Manager

Requirements:

  • Two to three years of related financial experience required
  • Experience of working within a finance department
  • Clear understanding of PE accounting processes and procedures
  • Good level of competence in Excel, Word and Outlook and computerized accounting software
  • Good communication and listening skills
  • Good organizational skills used in planning own work
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets and deadlines
  • Good analytical and problem solving abilities
  • Intermediate English level is a must
