2025 was a defining year for Enavate: one marked by bold ideas, meaningful growth, and a continued commitment to helping organizations navigate change with confidence. From new solutions and leadership milestones to community engagement and AI-driven innovation, this year reinforced our mission to transform businesses and the lives they touch.

Here’s a look back at the moments that shaped our year:

January: Launching Industry Innovation in Aviation

We began the year by introducing Enavate Aircraft Maintenance Software, a purpose-built solution powered by Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. We launched a complimentary, two-minute Payroll Assessment for Dynamics GP Payroll users, giving organizations a quick and easy way to evaluate their payroll options and prepare for GP’s future with clarity and confidence.

Later in the month, Enavate proudly hosted a Tampa Bay Titan 100 event, celebrating visionary leaders across the region, sharing knowledge and experience about practical AI-use across industries, and reinforcing our deep connection to the Tampa Bay business community.

This initiative reflected our continued commitment to meeting customers where they are and helping them get the most from their current systems.

April: Building Partnerships and Technical Innovation

April marked an important leadership milestone with the promotion of Chad Sogge to Chief Technology Officer. Chad’s deep industry expertise and forward-looking vision continue to shape Enavate’s technology strategy and innovation roadmap.
