    Enavate Adds New CFO to Executive Leadership Team

    ENGLEWOOD, CO — April 5, 2016 — ENAVATE, a leading Microsoft Dynamics provider in the U.S., today announced the appointment of financial leader, Jeff Allen, to the ENAVATE solution team as Chief Financial Officer. He will be responsible for leading financial operations and activities for ENAVATE and establishing and monitoring our investments, financial plans and budgets for the Company; in particular the Finance, Accounting, Legal, and Human Resources.

    Jeff is well versed in the Microsoft Dynamics space, coming to ENAVATE after successful tenure at Microsoft reseller Junction Solutions. He has been on both the buy and sell side of ERP implementations and helped Junction Solutions bring value and success to its’ customers, shareholders and employees.  During his tenure, Jeff stabilized the financial operations and built the organization to grow, scale and increase profitability.  Overall, Jeff brings over 25 years’ experience in financial and operational leadership to the ENAVATE team in the software, professional services, manufacturing and financial services industries, including work with GE Capital, Prudential Insurance, and International Rectifier (an Infineon Company). His overall successes include increasing enterprise values, raising capital, stabilizing organizations, building companies to grow, converting organizations to an expanded re-occurring or SaaS revenue model, scaling organizations toward increased profitability, and building successful working capital management models.
