    Application Screening → Screen Call with a Talent Acquisition (30 min via Teams) → Predictive Index Assessment → Team Interviews (up to 3 hours via Teams or in person in our office over the course of 2-3 weeks) → Offer

    What are the typical working hours?

    Our typical working hours are designed to promote productivity while supporting work-life balance. We have teams operating in two regions: Eastern Europe and North America. 

    For our Eastern Europe team, the standard workday typically starts between 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM Kyiv time and ends around 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM, unless otherwise specified in the job requirements. 

    For our North America team members, we generally work during Eastern Standard Time hours, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. 

    We understand that flexibility is important, and we encourage open communication between team members and managers to help everyone find a working arrangement that suits their needs. Our ultimate goal is to create a supportive environment where employees can be productive while maintaining a healthy balance between their work and personal lives. 

    How does the company handle remote, hybrid or office work?

    Our company embraces a flexible approach to work arrangements, recognizing that different formats can enhance productivity and employee satisfaction. We have teams located near our North American offices in Tampa, FL, and Fargo, ND. For employees within a 45-minute commute of these locations, we typically require a hybrid work format unless otherwise specified in the job requirements. This allows team members to collaborate in person while also enjoying the flexibility of remote work. 

    For the rest of our team members, we support fully remote work arrangements, enabling them to contribute effectively from various locations. 

    As we navigate the evolving situation, particularly in Ukraine, we are committed to transitioning to a hybrid format for our offices there once the situation allows. Our goal is to create a supportive and adaptable work environment that meets the diverse needs of our employees while fostering collaboration and community. 

    What does the onboarding process look like?

    Our onboarding process is designed to ensure a smooth and welcoming transition for new employees, helping you feel integrated into our company culture and equipped for success. Here’s what you can typically expect: 

    Pre-Onboarding: A couple of weeks before your start date, one of our HR Generalists will reach out to confirm the final details and prepare you for your first day. You’ll also receive a welcome email with essential information, including your first-day schedule, necessary paperwork, and access to our onboarding portal. 

    Orientation: On your first day, you’ll participate in orientation calls where you’ll learn about our company’s mission, values, and culture. This will also cover important policies, procedures, and benefits information. 

    Role-Specific Training: You’ll receive tailored training specific to your role, including an introduction to the tools and resources you’ll be using. This may involve shadowing team members and participating in hands-on training sessions. 

    Meet Your Team: We facilitate introductions to your team members and other key stakeholders, fostering connections and helping you build relationships within the organization. 

    Mentorship: You’ll be paired with a mentor or buddy who will support you during your onboarding period. They’ll be available to answer questions, provide guidance, and help you acclimate to your new environment. 

    Regular Check-Ins: Throughout your onboarding process, your leader and HRG will have regular check-ins to discuss your progress, address any concerns, and ensure you have the resources you need to succeed. 

    Cultural Dive: Over the first three months, you’ll have the chance to dive deeply into our culture and the expectations we set for each team member. We emphasize the importance of connecting with different parts of the company, so we organize interactive calls where you can meet not only your team members but also leaders from various departments and ask any questions you may have. 

    Feedback and Adjustment: We value your feedback during the onboarding process and use it to continually improve the experience for future new hires. 

    Overall, our goal is to provide you with a comprehensive onboarding experience that sets you up for success in your new role while making you feel like a valued member of our team from day one. 

    How does the company measure employee performance?
