Founder and Chief Executive Officer / Executive Leadership
Thomas is a seasoned entrepreneur who has served on leadership teams for five major acquisitions. Thomas began working with Microsoft Dynamics 25 years ago as an ERP user and implementer and then utilized it as the system to run his own business. In 1999, Thomas joined the Dynamics Professional Services industry with a focus on building ERP high performance organizations in Europe and the U.S. and is known in the industry for selling large international AX deals. Born in Denmark, now living in the U.S., Thomas enjoys traveling all over the world for both business and pleasure. He enjoys cycling in the mountains and spending time photographing nature.
Chief Experience Officer / Executive Leadership
Eve has more than 20 years of experience leading marketing teams that focus on demand generation, product and industry marketing, digital and social marketing, corporate communications, and brand management. Previously, Eve served as the VP of Marketing and member of the executive team at Tribridge, a global technology services company. Eve was also an integral member of the Mergers & Acquisitions team and led the marketing integration process after the company’s acquisition by DXC Technology in 2017. Prior to Tribridge, Eve served as VP of Marketing at ePartners, an international Microsoft Gold Certified Partner acquired by Tribridge in 2011. Eve is certified in Pragmatic Marketing, the industry-leading framework for product management and product marketing. She is also a member of Society of International Business Fellows (SIBF) and a graduate of the SIBF Leadership Academy. Eve holds a B.S. and a master's degree from Florida State University.
Chief Financial Officer / Executive Leadership
René has over 15 years of experience leading finance teams in the largest markets in North and South America, in various industries. Most recently, he served as the CFO for the Americas at Stibo Systems, a global leader in master data management, where he played a key role in building the LATAM business, while pivoting the existing business in North America to become subscription based and focused on growth through strategic partnerships. René has extensive experience with leading international organizations in volatile markets and has lived in three South American countries, prior to moving to the USA in 2015. René holds a master’s degree in economics, marketing and international business (2002), in addition to an executive MBA degree from Emory University - Goizueta Business School, 2020.
SMB Client Executive / Executive Leadership
Bobby joins Enavate with more than 25 years of experience in leadership in Software and Technology Operations and Strategy. Before joining Enavate, he led the $75M SMB Business for Tribridge/DXC and most recently he served as the North America Business Leader at Bam Boom Cloud where he was responsible for growing the business from the ground floor in North America. Within two years in this role, Bobby laid a solid foundation for the business and built a knowledgeable, passionate team of professionals focused on delivering packaged ERP solutions to small businesses. His drive to serve clients and team members while developing an organization that is scalable, profitable and a great place to work makes him a perfect fit for the Enavate team. Bobby earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Texas and is a CPA. Bobby enjoys the outdoors, sports, cooking, playing music and is a proud father and grandfather.
Business Pod Meister™ - Partner Services / Executive Leadership
As Pod Meister™ - Partner Services, Chad puts his 20 years of experience in the Microsoft Dynamics community to work helping ISVs create, maintain and implement their products. As the leader of the Enavate Partner Services pod, Chad is responsible for meeting ISV & Partners' business objectives. He has worked in a variety of leadership roles at Microsoft, most recently as Director of Migrations. Prior to joining Microsoft, he spent 5 years at a large industrial distribution organization leading Sales, Marketing and Purchasing efforts for the utility products group. Chad has a master’s degree in Strategic Leadership.
Microsoft Strategy Leader
As the leader of the Microsoft Strategy Pod, Henrik leverages more than 20 years of experience within the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem to focus on Enavate’s relationship with Microsoft. In this role, he works with both Microsoft and the Microsoft Channel community to optimize the partnerships and focus on strategic plans to migrate SMB businesses from Microsoft’s legacy, on-premises ERP platforms to Microsoft cloud-based solutions such as Microsoft Dynamics Business Central. Henrik’s broad experience in Cloud Product and Go to Market strategies, Saas business models, sales and marketing make him uniquely qualified to be a driving force in bringing Enavate’s partnership with Microsoft to new levels. Henrik previously held senior leadership positions as Area VP Sales & Marketing at Tectura Corp., SVP Sales & Marketing at Columbus and spent six years at Microsoft leading the Microsoft Dynamics Application Business across Central Eastern Europe as well as the Dynamics Partner Business Application channel across Asia covering China, India, Japan, and APAC.
Board Member, Co-founder / Tribridge
Brian is a 30-year technology executive and entrepreneur. He is the co-founder and former president of Tribridge, a software, services and Cloud firm acquired by DXC Technology in 2017. A long-time Microsoft channel veteran, Brian grew Tribridge into a Microsoft powerhouse. He also co-founded and served as executive director of the Association of Dynamics Professionals, a group devoted to managing certifications in the Microsoft Dynamics ERP community. An active community volunteer, Brian serves as board chair for startup accelerator Tampa Bay Wave (in Tampa, Florida) and vice chair of the United Way Suncoast’s board of directors. He also serves on the boards of several early-stage companies and is an active investor through Florida Funders.
Board Member, Founder and CEO / Solver
Nils is the founder and CEO of Solver, a corporate performance management (CPM) solution that drives effective decision-making capabilities for businesses. Since founding Solver in 1996, his company has been recognized in several industry reports, and experienced significant growth. Previously, Nils worked in international sales and consulting roles. He is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and an author of several books on business intelligence.
Board Member, Former Microsoft Executive
Jamie is a transformation and growth leader with a 24-year track record of delivering exceptional results. As a 20-year veteran of Microsoft, she served in several leadership positions within the Microsoft Dynamics organization, growing a vibrant, highly engaged ERP Partner ecosystem while driving the business applications and Cloud businesses. Before joining Microsoft, Jamie worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the audit and business applications consulting practices. A professional coach and speaker, Jamie is passionate about helping executives develop transformational leadership and communications skills. She also works with the Charleston Metro Chamber’s flagship Women’s Leadership Programming, Thrive, and is on the board of Darkness to Light, a not-for-profit national organization whose mission is to empower adults to prevent child sexual abuse.
