ENAVATE Names Holly Grogan as Chief Human Resources Officer

DENVER, Colo., Jan. 14, 2020 – Denver-based Microsoft Dynamics 365 provider and Microsoft Gold Partner ENAVATE has named Holly Grogan as its Chief Human Resources Officer. Holly Grogan joined the team on Jan. 1, 2020, bringing over 20 years’ experience in global executive-level human resource development.

Grogan thrives on creating communities that enable people to perform at their highest potential. She served as the Chief People Officer at Tribridge, a global technology company, where she led and developed HR and culture strategy; Grogan also led multiple mergers and acquisitions.

Before joining Tribridge, Grogan served as Vice President of Human Resources for a broadcast facilities company, where she worked as part of the executive team to integrate employees and systems from several companies as a result of a multinational acquisition. She also held director-level HR positions for audiovisual integration and B2B media companies.

Grogan is designated Senior Professional in Human Resources (SHRM-SCP), certified in the Leadership Circle Profile and Leadership Culture Survey programs. She is an active board member for the nonprofit, Think Big for Kids. She holds a B.A. in Sociology from Georgia State University.
