Enavate put together a team of skilled Dynamics 365 experts who worked closely to support PCL’s business leaders, analysts, and developers to design and build PM4+ – a custom construction project management solution. Now the foundation of PCL’s successful project delivery, PM4+ supports a vast portfolio of active projects across multiple geographies. It connects owners, consultants, and trade partners, and integrates key project management functions including cost control, change and risk management, and document control.
